1 - PAYMENT. Buyer shall deposit with broker on day of sale, in immediately available funds. A deposit in the amount of 10% of the hammer price with a maximum of $5,000 down. This deposit is non-refundable. By bidding today you acknowledge that you have financing or cash to pay for the sale. Property is not contingent on any financing. 8.Buyers premium of 10% of the highest valid bid amount. The buyers premium will be added to the highest bid amount to determine the final purchase price of the property. TERMS ON REAL ESTATE: -Successful buyer will be required to deposit a $5,000 non-refundable down payment the day of auction, with balance due at closing (within 45 days). 10% buyer's premium added to hammer price to make final purchase price. -Property sells “as-is, where is” with no warranties implied or expressed. -Property will sell with no contingencies, financing or other.
