Hazel Atlas Early White Hen on Nest - A vintage two-piece covered dish manufactured in opaque white milk glass. The set consists of a lid molded in the form of a nesting hen and a coordinating base. The lid features detailed relief-molded feathering on the body and wings, a textured comb, and defined eyes. The base is designed with a basket-weave exterior pattern and an oval foot with a smooth, untextured center. An embossed manufacturer mark is located in the center of the interior base, consisting of an uppercase H over an A (HA monogram), which appears within a triangular configuration, accompanied by a small embossed mold number 2.
