A Pair of Kemple Wheaton Blue Glass Lace and Dewdrop Creamer and Sugar Bowl - This is a two-piece set of pressed glass tableware in the Lace and Dewdrop pattern, also referred to as Beaded Medallion. The set includes one creamer and one two-handled open sugar bowl, both produced in a translucent turquoise blue glass. The design is characterized by a horizontal band of stippled spade medallions above a densely beaded field interspersed with small floral elements. Both vessels feature ornate handles with scrolled thumb rests and beaded detailing along the grip. The underside of the base on both pieces displays the embossed manufacturer mark of a K positioned over a W, identifying the set as a product of the John E. Kemple Glass Works molds after acquisition by Wheaton Glass.
