Amethyst Carnival Glass Ruffled Bowl in Paisley Pattern - An iridescent carnival glass bowl featuring the Paisley pattern, also known as Paisley Shawl. The bowl is crafted from a deep amethyst base glass finished with a vibrant multi-color iridescence showing shades of gold, green, blue, and magenta. The interior surface is heavily decorated with a central teardrop motif within a circular medallion, surrounded by textured geometric bands and an outer ring of large paisley elements. The exterior features a molded foliate pattern of textured leaves and clusters of pinecones. The bowl is designed with a ruffled, crimped rim and sits on a low collared base. This pattern and design combination is attributed to the Millersburg Glass Company, which operated between 1909 and 1911. No maker marks or signatures are visible on the item.
