Vintage HP Fenton Custard Glass Boudoir Lamp - A vintage electric boudoir lamp constructed from pale yellow custard glass, a type of opaque glass containing uranium. The lamp features a flared and ruffled top rim, a slender neck, and a bulbous mid-section that tapers to a stepped circular base. The exterior surface has a smooth, satin-matte finish. The body is decorated with hand-painted enamel floral motifs. The front decoration consists of three large blue roses in varying stages of bloom, surrounded by olive green leaves and small white blossoms. The reverse side features a smaller, complementary spray of a single blue rosebud. Under ultraviolet light, the glass exhibits a bright, vibrant green fluorescence. The lamp is fitted with a light-colored electrical cord and plug.
