Ken as Cowardly Lion The Wizard of Oz Doll in Original Box - Ken as Cowardly Lion doll from the Mattel Wizard of Oz collection. The doll is constructed of vinyl with painted blue eyes and character-accurate lion facial features. The outfit consists of a tan plush one-piece lion suit with an attached long tail and a voluminous faux-fur mane. The mane is styled with brown synthetic curls and a small red ribbon at the crown of the head. Included accessories are a gold-tone plastic Courage medal pinned to the costume chest and a green plastic crown held in the right hand. The doll remains in its original factory window box, which displays various scenes and other characters from the film on the reverse.
