Wagner's 1891 Original Cast Iron 11 3/8 Inch Skillet - A cast iron grill pan from the Wagner's 1891 Original commemorative series, marketed as a fat free fryer. The pan features a round body with raised parallel ridges on the interior cooking surface for grilling. It is designed with a long, tapered handle containing a hanging hole and a single pour spout integrated into the rim. The flat base carries extensive cast-in information. A logo on the underside includes the text WAGNER'S 1891 ORIGINAL, followed by a rectangular frame with the words CAST IRON COOKWARE. The base also displays SEASONING INSTRUCTIONS with five numbered steps, the size designation 11 3/8 INCH FAT FREE FRYER, and the origin MADE IN U.S.A. A single character C is also present. This line was produced in the late 20th century to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Wagner Manufacturing Company.
