Handwritten Notation by the Admor- Rav Yaakov of Husiatyn, Known as the ”Ohaley Yaakov”, on Sefer ”Setiras Zekeynim”. With handwritten dedication of the author- Rav Chaim Mordechai Bronrot, Rosh Av Beis Din of Tel Aviv: ”To the honorable gaon and tzaddik, pe'er mikedoshim and glory of our generation, our teacher Rav Yaakov Freidman Shlita, the Admor of the Bohush court in Romania, from his friend, the author, as an eternal souvenir.” The Admor's handwritten notation is located on page 231 as well as a few other corrections and notes on sefer's pages and at sefer's beginning. The Admor- Rav Yaakov of Husiatyn , born in 5639 to his father Rav Yitzchak of Bohush, son of Rav Shalom Yosef, son of Rav Yisrael of Ruzhin. At 16 years of age married the daughter of his cousin: The Admor- Rav Yisrael of Husiatyn. He quickly became famous as an incredible genius in all areas of Torah, including kabbala. Moved with his father-in-law to Vienna and to Eretz Yisrael, and filled his position after his father-in-law's passing. Passed away in 5717. His teachings are written in the two volumes of Sefer ”Ohaley Yaakov”. Jerusalem 5708 [1948] Good condition.
