Attached to the sefer is an emotional handwritten letter signed by the author: ”I was Rav in Russia in the city of Bykhaw. Under the Russians, due to all the fleeing and suffering I fell ill with a heart condition and I now live here with my family, and have no choice but to print my pamphlets...” Riga 5696 [1936] [2], 16 pages, original paperback binding, on the other side of which is an approbation from Rav Menachem Mendel Zack, Av Beis Din of Riga.
