Gur. Letter of Chizuk in Preparation for the Passover Holiday, in the Handwriting of Rav Meir Alter of Gur, Eldest Son of the Imrei Emes. Letter of Divrei Torah and Chassidus, chock-full of short remazim as was customary in the Gur chassidus. The letter contains words of preparation for Pesach by Rav Meir Alter, Hashem Yikom Damo, the firstborn son of the Imrei Emes. Rav Meir Alter , firstborn son of the Imrei Emes married in the lifetime of his grandfather- the Sfas Emes, to which he had a close relationship. In the Warsaw ghetto, he was suspected of being the Gur Admor and was forced to go into hiding. Perished in Treblinka.
