Letter from Rav Moshe Yehuda Leib Kutna, Av Beis Din of סאבאדקא. Pressburg 5626 [1866] Letter of Divrei Torah from Rav Moshe Yehuda Leib Kutna, AB”D of סאבאדקא to his father, Rav Aharon Kutna- AB”D of טאסוס and author of sefer 'Mishchas Aharon' [a disciple of the Chasam Sofer]. Personal letter to his mother, in Yiddish, in margins. Rav Moshe Yehuda Leib Kutna, Av Beis Din of סאבאדקא, as it seems was a disciple of the Ksav Sofer [this can be learned, maybe, from the fact that the letter was sent from Pressburg. His name was not listed in the sefer 'HaChasam Sofer VeTalmidav']. He wrote sefer 'Mishpat Tzedek' disputing Rashban's Responsa (Przemyśl 5674). See 'Chachmei Hungaria', page 438.
