Halachic Response written by Kabbalist Rabbi Avraham Meyuchas, author of Sdeh Haaretz

Teshuvah regarding Even HaEzer in the hand of outstanding kabbalist Rabbi Avraham Meyuchas, author of Sdeh Haaretz.
With his signature!

The great kabbalist Rabbi Avraham Meyuchas (1717-1767) was a student of the Rishon LeZion Rabbi Yisroel Meir Mizrachi, author of Pri Haaretz, who is mentioned in this teshuvah as the author's foremost teacher. Rabbi Meyuchas suffered his whole life, and lost his sight at the age of forty. His older brother, the Reshon LeZion,   author of Pri Hadamah, described him as “someone who was a proficient in both niglah and nistar, expert in halachah, G-dly kabbalist, humble like Hillel, sanctified in the womb, never left the tent of Torah….separated from this world and suffered terribly, but still did not stay out of the beit medrash for even an hour, ”
He passed away on the 29th of Kislev, 1767 (refer to his epitaph in Toldot Chachmei Yerushalayim, section 3, p. 91). Many of his writings were printed: Sdeh Haaretz on the Torah – two sections; Sdeh Haaretz – responsa (Salonica, 1784-1798); Diglei Ahavah on the writings of Rav Chaim Vital and Maharam Poppers, three volumes, published by Machon Ahavat Shalom (Jerusalem, 2003).

5 leaves (10 pages): 15x11 cm.
Bound in a new leather binding, fine condition.
His signature appears on leaf [5a]. This response was printed in Shut Sdeh Haaretz section three, hilchot ishut, siman 2, but there is a lengthy addition on the last page that was not printed there. This addition includes a reference to a psak by Rishon LeZion Rabbi Eliezer Nachum.
