Letter from Rav Yeshaya Fuerst av”d Vienna Letter written and signed by Rav Yeshaya Furst av”d Vienna Rav Yeshaya Fuerst (1857-1943) was a talmid of the Ksav Sofer and Shevet Sofer. In 1881, he served as av”d in Tyrnau; from 1895, av”d Prešov; and from 1897, he was av”d of Khal Adas Yisroel (Schiffschul) in Vienna. When the community was destroyed in 1938, he moved to London where he lived until the end of his life. He authored the Chazon Yeshaya. 23x15 cm. Fine condition.
