Letter from Rav Avraham Kornfeld, av”d Makova Postcard written and signed by Rav Avraham Kornfeld av”d Makova, written to his brother-in-law, Rav Akiva Yosef Schlesinger. Rav Avraham Kornfeld was born in 1840 in Pásztó. He studied by the Ksav Sofer and by Rav Aharon Dovid Deutsch, author of Goren Dovid. In 1871, he started serving as av”d Makova, until his death in 1903. He authored Ohel Avraham on the Torah.
