Chabad. Letter from Rav Chaim Bagin, av”d Bykhaw, to Rav Mordechai Gimpel Yaffe, av”d Ruzhany. Interesting letter written and signed by Rav Chaim Bagin, sent to Rav Mordechai Gimpel Yaffe, av”d Ruzhany. Rav Chaim Bagin b”r Moshe Gershon was a Chabad-Kopust chassid and Rav in Bykhaw and Novograd. He was treasurer of Kollel Chabad in Russia. From 1891, he headed Kollel Chabad in Russia, along with Chaim Eliezer Bichovsky. His responsa remained in manuscript and is now in the Lubavitch library in Brooklyn. Tears and blemishes, moderate condition.
