Rabbi Yechiel Zvi Halevi Epstein av”d Ozerov, was the only son of Rabbi Reuven Halevi Epstein av”d Ozerov, son of Rabbi Yechiel Chaim of Ozerov, son of Rabbi Yehudah Aryeh Halevi of Ozerov, son-in-law of Rabbi Reuven Halevi Horowitz, author of Dudaim Ba’sadeh. Son-in-law of Rabbi Alter Zev Horowitz of Strizov, scion of Ropshitz. He was the young rabbi of Ozerov. Letters, approbations and shu”t correspondence between him and Torah leaders were printed in the works of sages of his time and his Torah novellae were printed in various anthologies [refer to: Bilavat Eish, Toldot Beit Ozerov – Chentschin, section one, p. 162.] Postcard from [1933].
