[In sections: Zeraim Moed - Michtav Eliyahu; Nashim- Kiryat Chana; Nezikin - Avdei Yitzchak; Kadshim Teharos-Peh Eliyahu]. Mei Niddah - regarding measurements of mikvaot and engineering, responsa, riddles etc. All authored by the great kabbalist, Rav Emanuel Chai Ricci. Deluxe edition, with many decorations, adornments and sketches demonstrating the engineering ideas relevant to mikvaot. Author's family insignia on the last leaf. Owner signatures. Rabbi Emanuel Chai Ricchi (1668-1743), author of Mishnas Chassidim, was a prominent mekubal who moved to Eretz Yisrael and established his yeshivah and beis medrash in Yerushalayim (Yeshivas Ohr HaChaim later moved into that same beis medrash). In 1741, he went to Italy, to fundraise for his yeshivah. On his way back, when he left Modena to Bologna, he was attacked by bandits who killed him when he refused to eat pig . Amongst his belongings was a transcript of a dream, in which he wrote that he is rooted in the Tana Rav Yehuda ben Bava, who was also a ”harugei malchus.” This was his last work to be printed, published a few months before he was murdered.
