Miniature siddur, per the Sephardi customs. Amsterdam [1823] - Binding with silver clasp from [1827] Tefillos for weekday, Shabbos, and Yom Tov, Sephardi customs. Siddur includes: Weekday Shachris, Minchah and Maariv, Kabbalas Shabbos, Seder Leil Shabbos and Birkas Hamazon, Yotzrot for Shabbos Shachris, Mussaf and Minchah, Havdalah for motzei Shabbos, Tikkun Rosh Chodesh and Rosh Chodesh Mussaf, Seder Kriyah V'Tikkun for Chanukah and Purim, and other special tefillos. Miniature format - 11 cm. Green leather binding with two silver clasps. Gilt imprint on both sides of the binding, with initial owner letters and the year it was made: S.S.C. 5587. ****** Amsterdam, [1823]. Pagination: 221, [3] leaves. Size: 11 cm. Light blemishes to the margins of a few leaves. Usage stains and marks. Binding edges rubbed. New spine with remains of the previous binding. Fine condition. Provenance: Bill Gross collection.
