Letter written and signed by Rabbi Zev Wolf Rosenberg. Sent to his relative, the bachur 'Yosef Yuspa.' Includes a line about
'the wedding of my brother, Yitzchak…the Shabbos after Shavuos, ' This refers to Rabbi Yitzchak Rosenberg, Av Beis Din of Hodhaz and author of Gevuros Yitzchak.
Rabbi Zev Wolf Rosenberg, son of Rav Yosef Yuspa Rosenberg, av"d Püspökladány, authored the
Yad Yosef and
Ravid HaZahav. He was rav"d in Debrecen, Hungary. A Holocaust survivor, he passed away in 1952 and was buried in Debrecen. The brother mentioned in this letter was Rav Yitzchak Rosenberg av"d Hodhaz, author of
Gevuros Yitzchak.
