Letter written and signed by the Biala Rebbe, the Chelkas Yehoshua Letter written and signed by the Biala Rebbe, Rav Yechiel Yehoshua Rabinowitz, the Chelkas Yehoshua. Rav Yechiel Yehoshua Rabinowitz of Biala (1901 - 1982) was orphaned from his father, Rabbi Yerachmiel Tzvi of Siedice, at a young age. During the war years he was deported to Siberia and eventually emigrated with his children along with the Teheran Children. In 1954, the Admor established his Beis Midrash in Tel Aviv. He served as well as a member of the Moetzes Gedolei HaTorah of the Agudas Yisrael. His many writings were published in the Chelkas Yehoshua series and in the Chelkas Yehoshua siddurim and machzorim.
