The title page bears the stamp of Rav Naftali Zvi Weiss av”d Bilka Rav Naftali Tzvi Weiss av”d Bilka (1896-1944) was the second son of the Chakal Yitzchak of Spinka. A prominent Rav in Carpathia, he was a Rosh Yeshivah who raised many talmidim and was great in Torah and avodas Hashem. He corresponded with the gaonim of his generation regarding Torah and halachah.
