Shtar, Handwritten and Signed by Rabbi Chaim Betzalel Panet, Av Beis Din of Tășnad, Son of the ”Mar'eh Yechezkel” of Dej. A Shtar Shaliach Holachah which the Husband Appoints a Messenger to Bring the Get to his Wife. Done in the Beis Din of  Rav Hakadosh Rav Chaim Betzalel Panet, Av Beis Din of Tășnad. Completely in his own Handwriting, and with his Signature. Rabbi Chaim Betzalel Panet of Tășnad (1803-1874) Firstborn Son of the Rav Hakadosh the ”Mar'eh Yechezkel” of Dej. Disciple of the Chasam Sofer, who held highly of him. In year 1835 he was chosen as the Rav of the Tășnad region, a position which he held for 40 years until his passing in 1874. Just as his Rav the Chasam Sofer, he fought vigorously against any and all attempts to make changes and ”corrections” in Torah matters. Of his many Torah Novellae, the following Sefarim were printed: ”Derech Yivchar”, ” Yam Harachav” , ”Otzar Chaim” and ” Dibros Esh” . ( See Chachmei Transylvania, p. 164 ).
