Shu”t Neta Shashuim, responsa on all four sections of the Shulchan Aruch by Rav Tzvi Hirsch Karo av””d Buczacz, father-in-law and rebbe of Rav Avraham Dovid of Buczacz, author of  Eshel Avraham. With approbations from the Yeshuos Yaakov, Chavas Daas and Beis Efraim. The sefer also includes words from his son-in-law, the Rebbe of Buczacz. Siman 39 was sent to the Arvei Nachal, siman 57 to the Ketzos HaChoshen. ******* Leaf 2 bears the stamp of Rav Yisroel Yaakov Yukel Teitelbaum of Wołową , from the time he spent as rav of Berbești. Rabbi Yisrael Yaakov Yokel Teitlebaum (1838 – 1924) was the son of Rabbi Shmuel of Gorlice, son of Rabbi Eliezer Nissan of Drohobycz, son of the Yismach Moshe. He was a son-in-law of the Yetev Lev. Rabbi Yisrael Yaakov Yokel studied by both his grandfather, Rabbi Eliezer Nissan, and father-in-law. He frequently traveled to Rabbi Chaim of Sanz who accorded him much admiration. He served as Av Beis Din of Barbasht, Gorlice and finally Volovo. In Vololo, he served as an Admor, accepting kvitlach and distributing segulos and amulets. He published his grandfather's manuscript Responsa Yismach Moshe and Tehila L'Moshe recounting his life. His Torah novellae were published in Hativ Aytiv. His son was Rabbi Moshe David Teitlebaum, Av Beis Din of Lapush. Zolkiew, [1829]. First edition. 84 leaves, without title page. 34.5 cm. Fine condition.
