Chumash Tikkun Sofrim – Ezrat HaSofer. Amsterdam, 1769 – Complete Set in Original Leather Bindings A complete five-volume set of Tikkun Sofrim – Ezrat HaSofer , bound in original elegant leather bindings, featuring gold embossing and decorative elements characteristic of Amsterdam printings. Chumash Ezras Hasofer is a particularly accurate chumash that was meticulously reviewed and proofread by the expert Rabbi Yehuda Pisa of Amsterdam. The purpose of this chumash was for use by sofrim who could refer to it to write accurate Sifrei Torah. The end of each volume features the haftaros of every parshah and event. The haftarah for Tisha B’Av was printed with its Portuguese translation. Shiras Hayam in parshas Beshalach and Shiras Ha’azinu were printed with wide, folded margins. At the end of the set, a calendar spanning 112 years is included, with a separate title page under the name Luchot HaIbur. Each volume begins with two title pages - the first illustrated. Additionally, apart from the two at the beginning, each Haftarot section has an additional title page. Complete set with all title pages and chart (total of 16 title pages).
