Letter written and signed by Rav Shlomo Aharon Wertheimer of Yerushalayim, sent to Rav Simcha Bamberger, rav in Aschaffenburg. Rav Shlomo Aharon Wertheimer (1867-1935) was one of the first to publicize the Cairo Geniza. A prodigious Yerushalmi sage, he printed dozens of works and seforim from the Cairo Geniza and Geniza in Yerushalayim, sifrei Medrashim and Rishonim. Yerushalayim, 1888.
