Meyuchas. Dvar Shmuel – Venice, 1702.  With signature, apparently of the Shev Yaakov, Rav Yaakov Katz, Av Beit Din Frankfurt Dvar Shmuel, shu”t by Rav Shmuel Abuhav. The title page bears the signature of Rav ”Yaakov HaKohen.” This is apparently the signature of the great Sage of the time, author of Shev Yaakov . The signature of the Shev Yaakov is partially covered by the stamp of Rav Chaim Heller (1839–1960), author of Sefer HaMitzvos and LeChakrei Halachos . Venice, 1702. First edition. [6], 104 leaves. 30 cm. Dampstains, worn, worming and mold marks. Lightly worn cardboard binding. Moderate condition.
