Chassidus. Shulchan HaTohar. Copy of the Admor of Beregszász with a comment in his hand in the name of the Admor of Belz. First edition, Satmar. [1933] S hulchan HaTohar, Tikunei HaShulchan V’kedushas Ha’achilah and other subjects by Rabbi Aharon Roth, the Shomer Emunim. With approbations from Admors and rabbis from Romania and Eretz Yisrael. The flyleaf bears the signature and stamp of the Admor of Beregszász, Rabbi Avraham Alter Folk, a disciple of the author. On leaf 166b, a comment in his hand, in the name of the first Admor of Belz — an idea that he apparently heard from his step-father, Rabbi Aharon of Belz. Rabbi Avraham Alter Folk [1934-2006] was born in Bergsas. His father was Admor Yosef Meir, a scion of the Spinka, Dzikov and Zidichov dynasties. He survived the Holocaust together with his mother. In 1949, his mother married Rabbi Aharon of Belz who promised to educate her son and marry him off. Rabbi Avraham Alter was raised in the Rebbe’s home for nine years and the Admor took him under his wing and led him to the chupah. This was the only time that Rabbi Aharon of Belz was mesader kiddushin. Later, per the recommendation of the tzaddikim of the time, Rav Avraham Alter established institutions in Petach Tikvah and served as Admor of Bergsas – Petach Tikvah. Satmar [1933]. First edition.
