Rabbi Meshulam HaCohen Tzedek - son of Rabbi Yoel Katz, Av Beit Din of Atanya, the son of Rabbi Yitzchak Isaac Katz, who was the son of Rabbi Bezalel, who was the son of Rabbi Naftali Katz, author of sefer Smichas Chachomim and Sha'ar Naftoli.
