Meyuchas. Sha’ar Naftali - Copy of Rabbi Meshulam HaKohen, Av Beit Din of Lviv, author of Kitzur Tosafot Yom Tov and Brother of the Author of Brit Kehunat Olam - With His Holy Signature Sefer Sha'ar Naftali, by Rabbi Naftali Katz, author of Smichas Chachomim . Brin 1757. On the title page appears a handwritten signature: Meshulam HaCohen Tzedek, Great grandson and grandson of the late author. This is the holy signature of the renowned Gaon and Tzaddik, Rabbi Meshulam HaKohen Tzedek, famed author of Kitzur Tosafot Yom Tov on the Mishnayot and Pitchei Niddah. Rabbi Meshulam HaCohen Tzedek - son of Rabbi Yoel Katz, Av Beit Din of Atanya, the son of  Rabbi Yitzchak Isaac Katz, who was the son of  Rabbi Bezalel, who was the son of Rabbi Naftali Katz, author of sefer  Smichas Chachomim and Sha'ar Naftoli.    He served as Av Beit Din of Zorbana, Bolihov, and later served as Rabbi of Koritz , where he replaced his brother, Rabbi Yitzchak Isaac HaCohen,   author of  Bris Kehunas Olam , known as the ' Sar   Beis HaZohar' , and later served as Rabbi and Magid Meisharim in the city of Lvov  and is buried there. His signature in this form, ”Meshulam HaCohen Tzedek”, appears in his endorsement to the sefer Osios D'RebbiYitzchak, Zolkawa, 1801, and for the Seder Birkat Hanehenin of the Baal HaTanya.
