"Divrei Emes"- novellae and discussions, by the Gaon Rav Yitzchak Becher Dovid, Av Beis Din of Kushta.
The leaders of the generation held this sefer in high regard, as one of the important sefarim of lamdanus. It is well known that the "Nodah BiYehudah" praised the author exceedingly.
On title page is the
signature of Rav Meir ben Rav Chaim [Israel], Av Beis Din Balkany, disciple of the holy Gaon the "Menuchas Asher", and held discussions with the "Maharam Shik". In his later years he made Aliya and lived in Israel, serving as dayan in the "Beis Din Hachassidim". Passed away in 5678.
