תקון ליל שבועות. וינה, תרכ"ד. חותמות. סדר תקון ליל שבועות וליל הושענא רבא. וינה, תרכ"ד 1864.
נוסח השער: "על פי הסדר שסדר בספר שני לוחות הברית גם מעט כוונות מהאר"י זלה"ה".
בדפים הראשונים מספר חותמות מעניינות. קשות מעט לפיענוח אך ניכרים בהן השמות "פסח במה"ר מנחם הלוי". מתמונת המקומות הקדושים שבמרכז החותמת ניכר שבעליה היה מתושבי ירושלים.
