הגאון הנודע רבי אברהם יצחק גליק בעל ה"יד יצחק" - (תקפ"ו-תרס"ט), ומגדולי הפוסקים בהונגריה. כיהן כאב"ד טולטשווא למעלה מחמישים שנה (משנת תרי"ח). נחשב לאחד מגדולי המשיבים להלכה בהונגריה. רבנים רבים התעטרו בסמיכה שקיבלו ממנו, עד שהיו קהילות בהונגריה שהתנאי הראשון להצגת מועמדות של רב היה, רק אם יש לו סמיכה מהרב גליק מטולטשווא. עסק הרבה בכתבי זקנו מהר"ם בנעט [אבי חותנו רבי ישעיה בנעט אב"ד קאלוב], והוציא לאור את ספריו: שו"ת "פרשת מרדכי" ועוד.
