הרב יוסף אוחנה היה רבה הספרדי של קריית מוצקין. נולד במקנס שבמרוקו, למד בישיבת כנסת חזקיהו. לאחר שקיבל הסמכה לרבנות יצא לארגנטינה, שם כיהן כרב קהילה בבואנוס איירס. בהמשך, חזר לישראל וכיהן כרב שכונת בת גלים בחיפה. בשנת תשמ"א מונה לרבה הספרדי של קריית מוצקין, ומאז כיהן במשך כ-35 שנה כרב המקום. נפטר בשנת תשע"ח.
