מכתב שותפות בין רבי חיים שמחה שפירא מגזע צבי נכד הרה"ק רבי ישכר דוב בער מזלאטשוב לבין רבי יצחק יוסף מקרלוויץ נכד הרמ"ח, חתום בחתימת ידיהם ובחתימת רבי מרדכי בר"ח מטשערנאוויץ – צפת תרמ"א.
"למען יסע הרח"ש ויקנה מאה ת' גייס במקח" כתב השותפות מתאר עסקה למחצית שכר בין השותפים, כאשר רבי חיים שמחה היה אמור לרכוש סחורה בכסף אשר הלווה הרב יוסף, ולהתחלק עמו ברווחים.
בתחתית המכתב חותמו של רבי יוסף צבי גייגער, מעסקני צפת הבולטים וצייר מפורסם.
