מהדורה נדירה, מלבד הטופס שלפנינו, לא נראה עותק נוסף ממהדורה זו בפורטל בידספיריט. בספריה הלאומית הוא מקוטלג באוסף נדירים וציון שספר זה נסרק מספריית קרן ולמדונה, מאוסף מהלמן.
