תיקוני הזהר, שחיבר התנא האלוקי רבי שמעון בר יוחאי, עם חידושי רבי משה זכות. – הרמ"ז. ליורנו, תקמ"ט [1789].
המהדורה החשובה שנדפסה בליוורנו, ושעל פיה נדפסו המהדורות הבאות. המהדורה זו נדפסו לראשונה חידושי רבי משה זכות.
הספר נערך והוגה ע"י רבי יעקב נאים ורבי אברהם אלנקאר מליוורנו, ממקורבי החיד"א, שהיו בקיאים גם בקבלה. עם הסכמת רבני ליוורנו. עם שירים רבים מרבי אברהם אלנקאר, ועוד הוספות.
הספר נדפס בליוורנו בתקופת החיד"א, ע"י מקורביו. אך הוא לא מוזכר במפורש בספר. אולם בספרו שם הגדולים הוא מזכיר את הספר.
חתימת בעלים בשער.
