Signed (in print), Rabbi Yitzchak Ya'akov and Ktvogel, and Rabbi Meir Horowitz.

Rabbi Yitzchak Ya'akov and Ktvogel - (1887 - 1978) was the head of the Mea She'arim Yeshiva, the head of the Beit Din of the Ashkenazic communities in Jerusalem and of the Mizrachi movement in Jerusalem.
