דף תפילה מודפס. המכיל שיר מנוקד, מאת המשורר אברהם בן דניאל דעלאוויללע. הדפסה חזקה מאוד, הבולטת מעבר לדף. אירופה, כ"ג אלול תרט"ו [1855].
בראש הדף נדפסה הכותרת: "שיר הושר בביה"כ הגדולה ביום ה' כ"ג אלול תרט"ו לפ"ק". בשולי הדף נדפס שם המשורר והוראות סדר התפילה.
מפרט: [1] דף צר וארוך, 21X11 ס"מ. נייר איכותי.
