The hexagonal jar is decorated with cobalt blue floral and foliate motifs on a white ground with gold-tone gilded highlights. The stoneware bed warmer is of cylindrical form with a flattened base and a buff-coloured glaze, complete with a threaded ceramic screw-top cap.
