A Trio of Border Fine Arts James Herriot's Country Kitchen Ceramic Tableware - A trio of hand-painted earthenware kitchenware pieces from the James Herriot's Country Kitchen series produced by Border Fine Arts (BFA). The lot includes a figural butter dish with a lid modelled as a recumbent black and white Friesian cow resting on a base decorated with grass and blue flowers, featuring the word BUTTER in raised yellow lettering on the side. Also included is a toast rack designed with five upright calf figures forming the partitions on a matching grassy base. The final piece is a lidded sugar bowl shaped as a Swaledale ram with a textured white fleece, black face and legs, and prominent curled horns, sitting on a base with floral decoration. Two handwritten labels are visible on the items, identifying the manufacturer as B.F.A. and the range as James Herriot's Country Kitchen.
