A Trio of Stylised Cast Metal African Tribal Style Figures - A trio of stylised cast metal figures, comprising two extremely elongated giraffe figures and a smaller figurative group depicting a rider mounted on a quadruped. The pieces are manufactured from cast brass or bronze, likely using the cire perdue (lost-wax) casting method. The figures are characterised by exaggerated proportions and a textured, pitted surface finish consistent with West African tribal art styles. Each giraffe features a long neck and legs with a decorative pattern of raised nodules on the torso. The smaller grouping represents a simplified human figure atop a four-legged animal. There are no visible maker's marks or signatures. An orange adhesive sticker is present on one giraffe and a fragment of a white paper label is on the other.
