The two brass jugs, in the style of Joseph Sankey and Sons, feature a prominent embossed reptile or crocodile skin pattern across the bulbous bodies with wide, flared pouring rims. The smaller of the pair bears an incised mark of 9/o or 90 to the interior rim. The brass pedestal vase displays a fluted and ruffled rim, with a body decorated with light foliate and geometric chasing, supported by a circular foot. Also included is a miniature copper kettle with a fixed overhead handle and a curved spout. These items are typical of mid-20th-century domestic decorative metalware.
