Bidspirit auction | A Trio of Decorative Glassware
A Trio of Decorative Glassware comprising Two Vases and a Cut Crystal Bowl - This lot consists of three primary decorative glassware items dating from the mid-to-late 20th century. The first is a large clear glass vase of rounded cylindrical form featuring an all-over crackle glass or ice glass texture. The second is a tapered cylindrical vase in smoked grey-green tinted glass, accented with two horizontal opaque white bands near the rim in a mid-century modern style. The third item is a clear cut glass bowl, likely lead crystal and in the style of Waterford, decorated with a deep geometric diamond-cut pattern. This bowl is mounted on a square-form clear glass plinth and contains a silver-toned metal decorative insert with a pierced foliate openwork design. The items bear temporary adhesive labels marked S4 and 10 10. No etched signatures, backstamps, or permanent manufacturer marks are visible on any of the pieces.
