A Collection of Silver-Plated Serving Ware and Tableware - A collection of silver-plated tableware and serving pieces, primarily in the Victorian revival style. The group includes a three-piece tea service comprising a teapot, a hot water jug, and a cream or sugar bowl, all presented on a matching circular tray. These vessels feature ornate repousse and chased floral and foliate decoration, resting on shell-motif feet with decorative finials. The circular tray is finished with a wide border of grapes and vine leaves and an engraved centre featuring scrolling foliage. Also included is a rectangular silver-plated tray with a scalloped shell and scroll border, which holds three rectangular pressed-glass relish inserts with starburst patterns and three two-tined appetizer forks. The collection further contains a large oval silver-plated tray with a pierced gallery and a matching grape-vine decorative border. No maker's marks or hallmarks were observed on the pieces.
