A Set of Six Royal Worcester Splendour at Court Limited Edition Porcelain Figurines - A set of six fine bone china figurines from the Splendour at Court collection, manufactured by Royal Worcester for Compton and Woodhouse. Each figurine is sculpted by John Bromley and portrays a lady in nineteenth-century style attire, characterised by elaborate tiered ruffled gowns with floral appliqués and gilded accents. The collection includes various designs: a lady in a light blue and white gown holding a fan; a lady in a white and gold patterned gown; a lady in a white gown with deep pink ruffled trim holding a rose and fan; a lady in a white gown decorated with large pink bows holding an open fan; a lady in a lavender and white gown holding a miniature and fan; and a lady in a pale cream gown with floral accents holding a fan. Each figure is mounted on a circular dark-stained wooden plinth. The base of one figurine is titled A Royal Presentation and bears the model number CW 258, numbered 12,205 of a limited edition of 12,500. The reverse is marked with the Royal Worcester backstamp, dated 1995, and identifies John Bromley as the sculptor.
