An Early 20th Century Oak-Cased Striking Pendulum Wall Clock - A mechanical wall clock dating to the inter-war period, circa 1920-1940, housed in a dark-stained oak case. The case features a shaped pediment with a central pierced fretwork carving and a door with three vertical glazed panels to the lower section, revealing a circular brass-coloured pendulum bob. The square off-white dial is set with black Arabic numerals and a black minute track, featuring two winding holes indicating an eight-day striking mechanism. The hands are of black pierced metal in a traditional style. There are no visible maker marks to the dial or movement housing. The case bears two small adhesive labels with the numbers 4 and 126.
