A Trio of Cobalt Blue and Sage Green Neoclassical Jasperware Items - This group lot comprises three pieces of decorative stoneware in the neoclassical jasperware style, likely of British manufacture and in the style of Wedgwood. The collection includes a cylindrical biscuit barrel with a cobalt blue ground, featuring white sprigged relief decoration depicting a central frieze of classical figures beneath a band of floral garlands and ribbons. The barrel is fitted with a silver-plated or base-metal rim and a swing handle. Also included is a cobalt blue rose bowl or potpourri jar of globular form, decorated with sprigged neoclassical figures and fitted with a matching blue stoneware lid featuring multiple circular perforations and white floral sprigging. The third piece is a small vase or candlestick base in dark sage green jasperware, featuring a flared base and narrow neck, decorated with white sprigged floral and foliate motifs. No factory marks or backstamps are visible on the pieces.
