A Group of Standard China Forget-me-not Pattern Tea Ware - An assortment of fine bone china tea ware manufactured by Chapmans (Longton) Ltd under the Standard China trade name. The group features the Forget-me-not pattern, comprising transfer-printed blue flowers with yellow centres and green foliage. Each piece is finished with a hand-applied blue line to the rims and handles. The lot includes a teapot with a matching domed lid topped with a blue and white striped circular finial, two teacups, a cream jug, and two saucers of differing sizes. The base of the pieces features a printed black mark with the words STANDARD CHINA in an arc above a central crown symbol and MADE IN ENGLAND below. There are also hand-painted blue marks consisting of a dash and two dots.
