Early 20th Century Oak Bentwood Portable Sewing Machine - This vintage Bentwood portable sewing machine in a  wooden case is an oak dome-top cover for a portable sewing machine, dating from the early to mid-20th century. The piece is constructed with a curved front panel, likely of bentwood or veneer, showcasing a figured oak grain throughout. The design is utilitarian, featuring dark metal hardware components at the lower edge which serve as attachment points. Two adhesive stickers are adhered to the front face: an orange label with handwritten numerals 575 and a white printed label reading 20 20.
