Two Antique and Vintage Wood-Cased Mantel Clocks - This lot consists of two mantel clocks. The first is an architectural black mantel clock, featuring an ebonised wood case or Adamantine finish. It is designed with four decorative columns topped with gilt-effect foliate capitals and bases, set upon a stepped plinth. The circular dial features Roman numerals and twin winding holes, suggesting an 8-day spring-driven mechanical movement with a striking mechanism. The second clock is a Napoleon hat or tambour style mantel clock in a dark-stained wood case. It features a circular dial with Arabic numerals and a metal bezel. The base is decorated with a beaded moulding. Both clocks exhibit twin winding holes on their dials. An orange lot sticker marked 447 and a white circular sticker marked 7 are present on the Napoleon hat clock.
