One of the rarest documents we've ever offered - An official original copy and one of only 3 or 4 copies believed to have been written of SS Obergruppenfuhrer Reinhard Heydrich's partial autopsy. It was prepared on 4th April 1942 at 12.00 noon in the City Hospital at Bulowka by Professor H. Hamperl , Chief of the pathological institute of the German Karls University in Prague with the assistance of Professor G Weyrich, head of the forensic medical institute of the German Karls University in Prague. It was prepared and transmitted to SS Brigadefuhrer Professor Dr. Karl Gebhardt in Hohenlychen. It is signed by Professor H. Hamperl and Professor G Weyrich, the two Professors who prepared the autopsy and is dated Prague 17th April 1942. Out of the 3 or 4 copies made , one was supposedly sent to Himmler , one to the Reichsprotector's Office in Prague and two of the other copies were retained by both of the two professors. This copy is believed to be one of the copies owned by one of the two professors who prepared and carried out the autopsy or the copy sent to Himmler. It is known there is one copy with an extra page, added later on the 7th June 1942 and signed by both the professors. This extra page is believed to be with one of the original Autopsy's in the Archives in the city of Prague. This autopsy report was purchased by our consignor directly from the medical Archives in Germany through their charitable foundation that carefully disposes of these kind of documents. He has owned this autopsy report for about 10 years and is 100% original. This document is an A4 size of 6 loose pages and measures 210mm x 295mm.
